WKU FOOTBALL | Todd Stewart Recaps 2017 Season

WKU Director of Athletics Todd Stewart spoke to the media on Friday to share his thoughts on the football team’s 2017 season.

The Hilltoppers finished 6-7 overall this season, including a 27-17 loss to Georgia St. in the Cure Bowl earlier this month.

It was the program’s first losing season since the 2010 campaign.

The 2017 season was also the first under head coach Mike Sanford. Stewart reiterated on Friday that he is still a big fan of Sanford’s going forward:
