WKU FOOTBALL | Quarterback race nearing the end for Hilltoppers

The biggest question for fans of the Western Kentucky football team is who will replace record breaking Brandon Doughty as the starting quarterback. The Hilltoppers are just over three weeks from their season opening game against Rice and Jeff Brohm said he now intends to have the team starter named by this time next week. He told the media that this weekend’s scrimmage will go a long way to set a leader apart from the pack.
