WKU FOOTBALL | Offense firing on all cylinders at camp-ending scrimmage

08/21/2017 11:16 AM

School is back in session, which means football camp has come to an end for Western Kentucky. The Hilltoppers concluded the fall training camp with a Saturday scrimmage, which left head coach Mike Sanford confident in Western offense.

Senior quarterback Mike White echoed the coach’s thoughts. White spoke to the fluidity of the offense after Saturday’s exhibition. Wide receivers Nacarius Fant and Cameron Echols-Lupor each recorded touchdown catches. White said the whole offense was totally in sync.

WKU opens the regular season with a home game against Eastern Kentucky on September 2, at 7pm ET.
