WKU FOOTBALL | Brohm Looking for Defense to Improve Before MTSU

10/10/2016 07:02 PM

Western Kentucky head coach Jeff Brohm says he is hoping for a different result from his defense this Saturday against Middle Tennessee St.

His Hilltoppers fell to Louisiana Tech this past Thursday after allowing 55 points to the Bulldogs. The loss dropped WKU to 3-3 overall on the season, 1-1 in Conference USA play.

When speaking at Monday’s media availability, Brohm said his team has to do a better job of putting pressure on opposing quarterbacks.

WKU’s next game is at rival Middle Tennessee State on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. ET.
