WKU FOOTBALL | Brohm keeping his team humble and hungry

12/15/2015 11:23 AM

The Western Kentucky Football team is a confident 11-2 on the season after their Conference USA championship game against Southern Miss. They are a field goal away from being 12-1. The Toppers have handled every single conference opponent this entire season and gave two power-five programs a run for their money in LSU and Indiana. This team is good. This team is ranked. But head coach Jeff Brohm is keeping noses to the grind stone in attempt to end the season with a five game win streak.

The Hilltoppers are now less than a week away from their Miami Beach Bowl mathcup against the University of South Florida, coached by ‘Topper great Willie Taggart. The Bulls are also staring down a five game win streak and Brohm knows that whichever team is working the hardest now, will be the one relishing victory next week.
