WKU BASKETBALL | Takeaways from WKU's loss to Belmont

11/19/2015 05:48 PM

The Western Kentucky basketball program lost it’s first game of the season Wednesday night, a high scoring contest against Belmont 90-85.

Western had the edge in most of the stat lines including shooting percentage, three-point percentage, rebounds, and points off the bench. But they picked entirely too many fouls, ending the game early for three Hilltoppers.

We brought in Chad Bishop, Sports Reporter for WBKO in Bowling Green, who was at the game Wednesday for a recap and a look ahead to Stony Brook on Saturday.
