WKU BASKETBALL | Introducing the new senior leaders

07/28/2016 08:30 PM

Rick Stansbury is raising the hopes of Hilltopper fans higher everyday with the talent he has been able to recruit in roughly three months after taking over the Western Kentucky basketball team. Two key figures in his rebuilt roster are graduate transfer guards Junior Lamomba and Que Johnson. They add immediate experience to a backcourt that was dismantled following the departure of Ray Harper, graduation of several Hilltoppers, and the dismissal of Fredrick Edmond, Marlon Hunter and Chris McNeal from the program.

Lamomba and Johnson know they have a lot of pressure to perform in their final collegiate seasons, but say the transition has gone very smoothly thanks to their new head coach.
