WKU BASKETBALL | Hilltoppers road stretch is all business

01/14/2016 11:30 AM

The Western Kentucky basketball team begins a four game road stretch Thursday when they tip off against Rice. The ‘Toppers are still looking for their first true road win of the season and a win over a 5-11 Owls team could set the pace for the next week and a half of away games.

The next Western game in Diddle arena won’t be until January 28, but head coach Ray Harper is making sure his team knows that just because they are away from home, does not mean they are on vacation.

We took the opportunity to bring in Western Kentucky beat writer Chad Bishop to take a deeper look at the Hilltopper’s struggles, and next string of opponents.
