Western Kentucky's Athletic Director, Todd Stewart puts his student-athletes first

09/03/2015 10:59 AM

Todd Stewart is entering his fourth year as the Athletic Director at Western Kentucky University.

In that time, Stewart has seen over 322 student-athletes obtain degrees, the Hilltoppers win 21 conference championships spanning multiple sports, and helped graduate Western’s athletic programs to Conference USA. Stewart is proud that his staff creates an environment that facilitates growth of student-athletes. Stewart says he puts just as much emphasis on classroom accomplishments as he does excellence in sports, and he has watched Western thrive in both aspects.

Bruce Snyder sat down with Todd to discuss Western’s athletic success, and excitement for the football team’s kickoff against the Commodores.
