Vikings & Bridgewater agree on 4 year deal

The Minnesota Vikings announced today that they have signed both of their first round picks from this year’s NFL draft. Teddy Bridgewater, the 32nd and final pick of the first round signed a four year deal that is worth 6.85 million dollars, according to the Pioneer Press.
Teddy is also in line to receive a 3.3 million dollar signing bonus as well. Bridgewater’s deal will include a fifth year option, which is standard on first round contracts.
Minnesota’s other first round selection, Anthony Barr, also signed a four year contract with a fifth year option said to be worth 12.74 million. He is also in line to receive a 7.6 million dollar signing bonus. The linebacker out of UCLA was selected with the 9th overall pick in the first round.
The Vikings also announced deals for outside linebacker Brandon Watts and defensive tackle Shamar Stephen. Three of their 10 picks — defensive end Scott Crichton, running back Jerick McKinnon and safety Antone Exum — remain unsigned.
