UofL men’s soccer head coach Ken Lolla, along with his Cardinal program, will host the 7th annual “Kickin’ It with JT and Friends” free soccer clinic on Saturday afternoon.

The clinic, which begins at 1:30 p.m. ET at Louisville’s Mockingbird Valley Sports Complex, is for children and adults with special needs.

It “celebrates the gifts of participants with special needs while promoting physical, mental and social development through the vehicle of soccer.”

The clinic is named after Lolla’s nephew, JT, who has special needs.

Lolla, and his sister, Kathi, who is also JT’s mother, talked on Friday about what the event means to JT:

As of late Friday morning, there were still spots available at the clinic.
