UofL SOCCER | Cards prepared for extremely difficult schedule

08/22/2016 06:09 PM

The University of Louisville Men’s soccer team held their annual media day Monday morning to address the state of the team before an extremely difficult 2016 season.

They open the regular season this Friday with a 7:30 game against Butler. After just a few weeks, the intensity turns up with an ACC slate that features numerous ranked opponents, but the intense schedule was set on purpose to develop Louisville into a team that competes for a national title.

This Friday’s game is part of a U of L double header, which kicks off with the Women’s game against UAB at 5:30. The doors open at 4:30 at Dr. Mark and Cindy Lynn Stadium on U of L’s campus.
