UofL SOCCER | Cards foster team unity during successful spring season

04/18/2016 05:42 PM

The University of Louisville Men’s Soccer team completed their spring schedule with a 3-0 shutout of Michigan State on Sunday. The win improved the U of L Spring record to 3-1-1, their only loss coming to cross-town professional club Louisville City FC.

In the win over the Spartans, Louis Berra, Tim Kubel, and Danny Reynolds netted the three goals, and goalkeeper Theo Jamilloux earned his third shutout of the spring season. The stingy defensive performances are the culmination of the Cards’ targeted effort on playing as a cohesive unit.
