The Louisville Women’s basketball team put on a dominant display in front of a home crowd of tacky sweaters Tuesday night, decimating their ivy league opponent, Dartmouth 94-52.

Louisville led the entire game, and went into the locker room at the half with a 16 point lead. The second half was even more impressive for the Cards, shooting 64 percent from the field, and over 55 percent from the three. Briahanna Jackson, Myisha Hines-Allen, Cortnee Walton, and Dakota Weatherford were all perfect from the field in the half, and freshman Sam Fuehring was a not-too-shabby 5-6 to finish the game.

Fuehring and Jackson led all Cardinals with 14 points a piece, Hines-Allen logged the game’s only double double with 13 points and ten boards, and Erin DeGrate was one rebound shy of the same feat. Ten different player contributed points for the Cards, in there most decisive win thus far.

Louisville’s record improves to 5-5 on the young season, and they now get set for a two game road stretch. Next up for Jeff Walz and company, Tennessee Tech this Friday.
