UofL FOOTBALL | Who will start at QB vs UK

It seems like it took an entire season for the Louisville Cardinals to get back to where they started from. Against Auburn back in September, it was unknown who would start at quarterback. Now in November, the Cards are just as uncertain about their signal caller.
Originally the job belonged to Reggie Bonnafon, but he lost it to true freshman Lamar Jackson, who in turn lost it to sophomore Kyle Bolin. Bolin lost it back to Jackson, only to get the job back.
However in last weekend’s 45-34 loss at Pittsburgh, Bolin was removed from the game in the second quarter. Jackson came in and helped the Cards rally, although UofL would lose by 11, 45-34.
So now we are back where we started from. Monday Head Coach Bobby Petrino did not do much to clear up the issue.
If Bolin does have one clear advantage over Jackson, it is that he played in last year’s game against the Cats, coming in relief and leading UofL to the victory.
Louisville goes into the game already bowl eligible at 6-5, while 5-6 Kentucky must win to become bowl eligible. Saturday’s game starts at Noon ET on the SEC Network.
