According to Rivals, Bell is a two-star prospect.

CardinalSports.com’s Chris Person joined Sports Night on Thursday to discuss Bell’s commitment.

Earlier in the week, quarterback Tutu Atwell announced he was verbally committing to UofL football. According to Rivals, the Northwestern High School QB out of Miami, Fl. is a two-star prospect.
