UofL FOOTBALL | Music City Bowl is one more building block for young team

12/27/2015 07:46 PM

The U of L Football team is just a few nights away from their December 30th Music City Bowl matchup against Texas A & M. A win over the Aggies could be the premier win of a Louisville season that started slow, but finished strong. The Cards won 5 of their final six games, and the young Cardinals roster intend to use a win in Nashville to lay groundwork for next season.

That is not to say the team is looking past A & M to next season entirely, because Wednesday’s game is also the final contest of many Card careers, and the seniors want to go out with a win. With a month of game planning and lack of experience at the Aggie QB position, Louisville is calling on all the lessons learned in 2015 to pull out a Music City victory.

Kickoff in Nashville is at 7:00pm ET.
