UofL Football | Is a win enough?

The Louisville Cardinals might be winless, but they are also big favorites to defeat Samford later today (kickoff at 6pm ET).
Among the things at play: who will start at quarterback and how effective will this person be? Some feel freshman Lamar Jackson will once again take the snaps early in the first quarter, while others expect Kyle Bolin to get his second straight start.
Defensively, UofL hopes to get pressure on the Bulldogs offense, and maybe just as important, prevent opposing running backs/offensive lines from pushing the pile forward. Many times during the past three games, Louisville has stopped opposing offenses initially, only to have second and third efforts gain the opposition an extra 4-6 yards.
Look for Cards Defensive Lineman Keith Kelsey to have a big game. He leads the ACC in tackles with 33. That is also 12th best in the nation.
My prediction: Louisville 35 Samford 10
Saturday’s game kicks off at 6pm ET. There is no actual TV for this game. if you are not going, you can view the game online, using the Watch ESPN app.
