11/23/2015 10:07 AM

The University of Louisville football program lost a big recruit last night. Four star, class of 2016 wide receiver Dez Fitzpatrick from Waterford Michigan announced last night via twitter that he was reopening his recruitment.

Fitzpatrick was just one of two four-star prospects that were committed to the Cards, the other being quarterback Jawon Pass from Georgia.

In his announcement, Dez thanked Louisville fans for the support and love he has seen over the last year.
