UofL FOOTBALL | Depth chart set for week one

08/28/2017 05:13 PM

It’s finally game week for the University of Louisville football program. The team heads to Indianapolis on Saturday to take on Purdue at Lucas Oil Stadium.

The Cardinals released their week one game notes today, and included is the first official depth chart of the season. Lamar Jackson is the starting quarterback if you were wondering.

Note Reggie Bonnafon taking over as the starting running back this season. The senior captain is one of the most athletic players on the field, and should get plenty of touches this season. Today, head coach Bobby Petrino is confident in the running back group, and knows the depth will come in handy this season.
