UofL FOOTBALL | Cards Ready for Spring Game

04/14/2017 04:51 PM

The Louisville football team hosts its annual Spring Game on Saturday afternoon.

The game is set to begin at 1 p.m. ET inside Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium.

Instead of the first-team offense going up against the first-team defense and so on, Louisville head coach Bobby Petrino decided to split up the teams so that this year’s game could be more competitive than it has been in the past.

Spectrum News’ Andrew Chernoff caught up with CardinalSports.com’s Howie Lindsey on Friday to preview the game:

Admission to the Spring Game is free.
