UofL FOOTBALL | Cardinals Ready for TaxSlayer Bowl

The Louisville Cardinals are less than 24 hours away from their TaxSlayer Bowl match-up against No. 23 Mississippi St.

Both the Cards (8-4) and Bulldogs (8-4) will be looking for their ninth win of the year.

Both head coaches spoke to the media on Friday morning.

UofL’s Bobby Petrino talked about missing defensive back Jaire Alexander and linebacker James Hearns in the game, as the two players recently announced they will miss the game to focus on getting ready for their professional careers:
