UofL BASKETBALL | Women's coach Jeff Walz pushing his team into the postseason

02/16/2017 08:00 PM

The 14th ranked Louisville women’s basketball team has just three game remaining in the regular season. Next up is a Sunday game against North Carolina.

It will be the first time the Cards have played since beating Boston College last Sunday, and the week long recovery period was overdue for a Louisville team suffering from the nicks and bruises of a long ACC schedule.

Sports Night was given an exclusive interview with Louisville head coach Jeff Walz today, and he said he loves having this week to prepare his team for the final games of the regular season, and condition them for the upcoming ACC tournament.
