UofL BASKETBALL | Up close and personal with Trey Lewis

The Louisville Cardinals basketball team hit the graduate transfer lottery when they grabbed Damion Lee and Trey Lewis. The two fifth year seniors bring a high level of experience to a young Cardinal basketball team.

Trey Lewis is a graduate transfer from Cleveland State, and has recorded 18 total points Louisville’s two exhibitions this season. He earned a starting role right away under coach Pitino, and is excited about being a part of the Louisville basketball culture.

We got a chance to catch up with Lewis, and find out a little more about the team captain off the court.

Garrett Moore

Garrett is a Sports Producer for Spectrum News. He is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State and got his start as a sports photographer. He now produces Sports Night, the state’s only nightly show dedicated to in-depth coverage of all sports in Kentucky. Outside the station, Garrett enjoys golfing, hiking, fishing, and prides himself on being all-in as a sports spectator.
