UofL BASKETBALL | Recruiting update on De'Aaron Fox and T.J. Leaf

09/24/2015 06:30 AM

The Class of 2016 has a slew of talented guards, and the number one point guard in the class is De’Aaron Fox. Fox has started his official recruiting tour, and already met with UK head coach John Calipari in Lexington. Fox will be in Louisville this weekend to meet with the Cards, and he even has a potential future teammate to show him around.

We asked Scout.com Recruiting Director, Evan Daniels, about Fox’s recruitment and what to expect from his upcoming visit.

In addition to Fox’s visit, Louisville plans to host five-star, 6-foot-9 power forward T.J. Leaf. The Cards got back into the recruiting mix for Leaf after he pulled his commitment from Arizona.

Leaf has an official visit to Louisville from Oct. 2-4 where he, alongside four-star guard Andrew Jones, will attend the Cards’ first red-white intrasquad scrimmage of the year.

We asked Evan about his recruitment and where the Cards factor in.
