UofL BASKETBALL | Humility is the key

12/07/2015 11:30 AM

Despite last week’s loss at Michigan State, the 6-1 Louisville Cardinals are playing with a lot of confidence. In last weekend’s win over the Grand Canyon Antelopes, Louisville blew the game open with a 26-3 first half run. The lead grew to 30, 40, 50, and more than 50, before finally finishing at a 48 point difference, 111-63.

Head Coach Rick Pitino says UofL seems to be growing as a team and getting better. He says the key to the Cards, is their mental attitude, a humble attitude that Pitino says puts a smile on his face.

Louisville’s next game is Saturday at 2pm ET as the Cards host Eastern Michigan.
