UofL Interim President Dr. Greg Postel confirmed on Tuesday afternoon that Louisville received word that it was “included in a federal investigation involving criminal activity related to men’s basketball recruiting.”

Former Cardinal basketball player Tony Williams joined Sports Night to share his thoughts on the big news on Tuesday:

Williams played for the Cardinals from 1996-2000.

Most recently, he spent three years as head coach of the Doss High School boys basketball program, before stepping down earlier this year.
