UofL BASKETBALL | Cards learning their lessons in wins

In a nail-biting finish Thursday night, the Louisville Men’s Basketball team pulled out their second consecutive ACC win, on the road over North Carolina State. Louisville natives shined in Raleigh, Quentin Snider and Raymond Spalding combined for 33 points in the Cards’ 77-72 victory, but the success of Snider and Spalding did not completely overshadow the fact that Damion Lee, Trey Lewis, and Donovan Mitchell combined for a unusually low 20 points.

But a win is a win, and the Cards are taking the positives out of a game they almost surrendered late in the second half after letting a 16 point lead slide. Louisville is now 13-2 this season, 2-0 in the ACC, and road victory in Raleigh is making the Cards all the wiser for their Sunday afternoon matchup at Clemson.
