UofL BASKETBALL | Cardinals Roll At Pitt

The Louisville Cardinals Men’s Basketball team (18-8, 8-5 ACC), traveled to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to face the Pitt Panthers (8-18, 0-13 ACC) Sunday and defeated Pitt 94-60, completing the regular-season sweet of the Panthers.

Senior forward Anas Mahmoud, freshman guard Malik Williams and sophomore forward V.J. King led all-scorers with 14 points each. Senior point guard Quentin Snider and freshman guard Jordan Nwora finished with 11 and 13, respectively.

The Cards had 23 assists on 34 field goals, led by Perry with seven.

Junior forward Deng Adel missed his second-straight game due to a sprained left ankle.

Louisville shot 63 percent from the field and 52.6 percent from three-point range on the night, while holding Pitt to 34.5 percent FG and 23.3 percent from the three.

Only two Pitt players managed double-digit scoring.

Louisville will return home to play No. 21 North Carolina at the KFC Yum! Center Saturday.
