UofL BASKETBALL | Cardinals Ready To Play a New Opponent

The Louisville women’s basketball players are counting down the days until they finally gets to face another opponent, other than themselves.

The Cards are currently preparing for their first game of the year on Nov. 10 when Southeast Missouri visits the KFC Yum! Center. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m. ET.

The Cards are ranked No. 10 in the country heading into this season, according to the USA Today Preseason Coaches’ Poll.

At media day, head coach Jeff Walz talked about what he is looking forward to most in that first game Nov. 10:

Andrew Chernoff
