UofL BASKETBALL | Breaking down the Cards' win over NC State

01/30/2017 07:21 PM

The n. 9 Louisville Men’s team made light work of NC state this weekend, beating the Wolfpack 85-60 in the KFC Yum! Center.

And with the absence of Quentin Snider and Tony Hicks from the Louisville back court, other role players had to pick up the slack. Starting guard Donovan Mitchell definitely did his part. The sophomore guard finished the game with 28 points, eight rebounds, and five assists. But it was the play of senior guard David Levitch that continues to earn praise from head coach Rick Pitino.

For more on the play of Levitch, Mitchell, and where U of L now sits in the ACC landscape, Mark Blankenbaker from the TheCrunchZone.com joined the show, and says there is plenty of stiff competition still coming for Louisville.
