UofL BASEBALL | Voice of the Cards, Sean Moth breaks down how impressive Brendan McKay really is

06/08/2017 05:24 PM

Brendan McKay was named the Baseball America National Player of the Year on Thursday, and it was his second National POY honor of the season. He also has the ACC Player of the Year, and a finalist for the John Olerud award once again.

He has also been recognized as an All-American on several occasions, and is currently projected as one of the top-5 MLB draft picks in next week’s draft.

He will leave Louisville as the most decorated player to ever wear a Cardinal jersey.

When talking to Sean Moth, the Voice of the Cards, one of the most impressive parts about the Louisville team this year is how McKay’s teammates pickup the slack when the Player of the Year is off his game.
