UofL BASEBALL | Cards Hold First Intrasquad Scrimmage of Fall

09/08/2017 06:00 PM

The Louisville baseball team held its first intrasquad scrimmage of fall practice on Friday afternoon.

The Cards are coming off a successful 2017 season in which they advanced to the College World Series.

Spectrum News’ Andrew Chernoff caught up with UofL head coach Dan McDonnell on Friday. They spoke about what he is expecting to see from his team over the coming weeks and about what he thought of the team’s recent trick shot in a pool that went viral:

The Cardinals will hold another scrimmage on Saturday at 4 p.m. ET inside Jim Patterson Stadium. Like Friday, Saturday’s scrimmage is open to the public.
