UofL Baseball eked out a 4-3 win Sunday against the Miami Hurricanes, making them 2-1 on their first ACC road trip of the 2016 season. The Cards lost their match ups against the ‘Canes on Friday and Saturday; but got a W on Sunday behind the pitching of lefty Drew Harrington who handed out six strikeouts and allowed only two hits in 5.2 innings of work.

Offensively, sophomore third baseman Blake Tiberi led the charge for UofL, going 2-4 with a solo homer. Junior second baseman Nick Solak also contributed with an RBI and a run scored.

The Cards are now 16-4 on the season and 4-2 in ACC play. They’ll travel to Purdue on March 23rd before returning to Jim Patterson Stadium to host a three game series against Virginia over the weekend.
