UofL ATHLETICS | Breaking Down Basketball and The Governor's Cup

Louisville basketball’s season is just getting underway, but they are 2-0 to begin the season, with another test coming Tuesday night against Southern Illinois at 7:00 p.m. eastern at the KFC Yum! Center. Led behind junior Deng Adel, the Cards are off to a solid start.

Meanwhile, the football team prepares for the final game of the regular season against rival Kentucky in the Governor’s Cup, which will be played Saturday at noon ET in Lexington.

Jason Anderson of ESPN Louisville joined Sports Night to discuss the weekend’s match-up on the gridiron, as well as the team on the hardwood.
