THOMAS MORE | Saints' Women's basketball ready to make their mark in history

04/01/2016 04:11 PM

It has been nearly two week since the Thomas More Women’s basketball team won their Final Four game in Columbus, beating Amherst 74-65. Now they wait until Monday night for a chance to repeat as NCAA Division III champs when they play Tufts University in Indianapolis.

If you thought they would enjoy having the extra time to prepare for their opponent and get everyone healthy, you’re are only half right. The Saints’ appreciate the time to study a very talented Tufts team, but two weeks is long time to wait for a team that loves to compete.

Thomas More and Tufts tip off at 6:00pm ET on Monday
