Talented Clemson team could create problems for the Cards

Through the first six games of the season, Louisville has seen a fair share of ups and downs. But regardless of any issues, the team still holds a 5-1 record. Saturday’s game against Clemson will be an all new animal for the Cards.

The Tigers have one of the nation’s top-20 statistical defenses, they have a budding star in freshman quarterback Deshaun Watson and they play in “Death Valley,” which is widely regarded as one of the top home field advantages in college football.

It isn’t all bad for UofL though. The Cards boast the number one overall defense in the country and star receiver DeVante Parker might be making his season debut.

All things considered, it will likely be a heavyweight fight between Louisville and Clemson. Drew Deener and Mark Ennis previewed a number of the top storylines heading into the showdown.
