H.S. GIRLS SOCCER | Simon Kenton Gearing Up for State Quarterfinals

10/28/2016 06:59 PM

The Simon Kenton girls’ soccer team made school history this week. Hannah Allen’s goal was the first goal scored in the State tournament in school history. That goal led to Simon Kenton’s first ever win in the State tournament.

The Pioneers are led by senior Abigail Zoeller who just today was selected to play in the annual High School All-American girl’s soccer game in December. Zoeller is playing soccer at Xavier University in Cincinnati next year.

Simon Kenton plays Lawrence County on Saturday in the State quarterfinals in Lexington.
