Second meeting for FC Cincinnati and Charleston Battery ends in a draw

More than 19,000 fans in Nippert Stadium Saturday night were treated to a battle between FC Cincinnati and Charleston Battery. Both teams kept up the pressure and allowed no goals in the first 45 minutes of the game.
FCC’s Jimmy McLaughlin then played a ball to Omar Cummings who shot it into the bottom left corner getting on the board with 1-0.
In the 70th minute substitute Heviel Cordoves evened things up with a goal for Charleston Battery.
FCC remains in the third place and Charleston in 4th in the East.
