Exaggerator won the 141st running of the Preakness Stakes, edging out a field of 11 horses on a sloppy track at Pimlico Race Course on Saturday.

Kentucky Derby winner Nyquist was a 3-5 favorite shortly before the race. But his Triple Crown bid would come to an end when he finished third. Cherry Wine came in second.

A record 134,000 people watched the race at the Baltimore track.
