Peyton Siva "auditioning" for other teams

Former UofL point guard Peyton Siva’s last game for the Detroit Pistons’ summer league squad was not the best outing. He only played 13 minutes and scored just two points along with two assists. Nonetheless, his team leaves the Orlando 3-0, defeating Miami, Memphis and Houston. Over those three games, Siva averaged 10 points, 2.3 rebounds and 5 assists. Not too shabby, but Siva is still fighting for his contract extension with the Pistons. Detroit Free Press writer Vince Ellis said Siva should not worry about his contract and look at the summer league as an audition for everyone.
