NBA DRAFT | Is Donovan Mitchell a Franchise Building Player?

With only a couple days remaining before 2017 NBA draft, former Louisville guard Donovan Mitchell has continued to garner attention as one of the top-players in the class.

Mitchell is considered a lock to be drafted pretty early in the first round, and analysts like ESPN’s Chad Ford or CBS’ Gary Parish predict he will go somewhere in the first 14 picks. But is Donovan Mitchell the kind of player that can change a franchise, we asked ESPN Louisville’s Jason Anderson that same question.
