NASCAR | The Sprint Cup series returns to the Bluegrass July 9
10/27/2015 11:30 AM
It is considered one of the most popular stops on tour. The reason NASCAR drivers enjoy racing so much at the Kentucky Speedway is because the track is a little rough and the ride around the mile-and-a-half track can get very bumpy.
In other words, Kentucky is old school racing, and the next time the Sprint Cuppers will be going to school is July 7-9. All three series will be at the Speedway with the trucks going on Thursday, July 7, the XFinity series running on Friday, July 8, and the Sprint Cup racing Saturday night, July 9.
The Xfinity series makes a second visit to the track on Saturday, September 24, 2016. All races are at night. For ticket information, go to kentuckyspeedway.com.
