The Morehead St. baseball team is preparing for this weekend’s Clemson Regional of the NCAA Baseball Championship.

The Eagles (37-24) are the No. 4 seed in the regional and will face No. 1 seeded Clemson (45-14) on Friday at 6 p.m. ET inside Doug Kingsmore Stadium.

The other match-up Friday in the Clemson Regional will be between No. 2 seeded Vanderbilt (31-25) and No. 3 seeded St. John’s (39-25).

Spectrum News’ Andrew Chernoff caught up with Morehead St. Head Coach Mike McGuire on Thursday’s edition of Sports Night to preview the regional:

Morehead St. won the 2018 Ohio Valley Conference Tournament Championship this past Sunday.
