Louisville looks to bounce back against Virginia

Following Wednesday’s game against Notre Dame, the Louisville locker room was eerily quiet. Players are never happy following a loss, but this time seemed different.
Montrezl Harrell, who has been outspoken in the past after losing games, was not animated at all. Terry Rozier wanted the gathering of reporters to place the blame all on his shoulders. And the team’s lone senior, Wayne Blackshear, attempted to stay positive.
The past few weeks have been a roller coaster for the Cards, and it does not get any easier on Saturday. The second-ranked Virginia Cavaliers will be in town, and their suffocating style of play could swallow Louisville if the team is not ready.
Downtrodden or not, the players know they need a win. They talked about what it will take to get back on track in the season finale.
