LOUISVILLE CITY FC | Smith Able to Balance a Busy Schedule

07/21/2017 02:57 PM

Earlier this week, LouCity FC defender Kyle Smith was named USL Midseason Defender of the Year.

Smith has played every minute of LCFC’s matches so far this season.

That incredible streak will end this Saturday though against Saint Louis FC due to his one-game suspension after accumulating five yellow cards.

Another incredible thing Smith has been able to do this season is balance his schedule. Outside of soccer, he works as a part-time accountant. In fact, he’s studying to become a CPA.

“It’s hard to get the studying in just because sometimes after training, you know, I’m so tired,” said Smith. “And I have a puppy that I have to take care of.”
