Louisville City FC fell in New York to the Red Bulls II 1-0 Friday night.
The game was scoreless until the 74th minute. That’s when a penalty kick was given to the Red Bulls after a controversial foul by Louisville FC. That foul was reviewed by video and New York’s striker Brandon Allen then got a kick past goal keeper Greg Ranjitsingh high into the corner of the net.
Louisville FC will now return to Slugger Field for a 7:30 p.m. game next Saturday again Bethlehem Steel.
