LOUISVILLE CITY FC | Kaye Getting Back Into Routine with LCFC

07/28/2017 01:15 PM

Louisville City FC midfielder Mark-Anthony Kaye was back at team training this week.

It was his first full week back with LouCity since the 2017 CONCACAF Gold Cup ended. That is because Kaye was on the Canadian National Team’s roster during the Gold Cup.

“(It) kind of hits when you once the national anthem starts,” said Kaye, “and you realize that the whole country’s watching you.”

The Toronto native’s first game back from the Gold Cup was last Saturday night at Saint Louis FC.

Louisville City FC hosts New York Red Bulls II on Saturday night. Kickoff is set for 7:30 ET inside Louisville Slugger Field.
