LOUISVILLE CITY FC | Boys in Purple Win Regular Season Opener

Louisville City FC opened up its 2018 USL regular season with a win in front of nearly 8,000 fans on Saturday.

LCFC (1-0) won 2-0 over Nashville SC (0-1) thanks to a pair of second half goals.

Luke Spencer scored his first goal of the season in the 56th minute of the match.

Niall McCabe followed that up roughly ten minutes later, scoring his first goal of the season in the 66th minute of the match.

The announced attendance at Slugger Field was 7,933.

Up next for LouCity FC is a home match against North Carolina FC on Saturday, March 24 at 3 p.m. ET.
