LOUISVILLE CITY FC | Boys In Purple Ready for Rochester

10/27/2017 09:22 AM

Louisville City FC is getting ready to host a second round USL playoff match on Saturday night.

The Boys in Purple will face off against Rochester at 7:30 ET inside Slugger Field. The winner of the match will advance to the USL Eastern Conference Finals.

This season, LCFC was 1-0-1 against the Rhinos in their two matches. Most recently, the two clubs drew 0-0 less than a month ago in Rochester.

LouCity FC knows though that Saturday’s playoff match will be tough, mainly because Rochester’s defense is always pretty solid:

LCFC NOTES: On Thursday night, the Louisville Metro Council voted in favor of a $30 million bond to partially fund LCFC’s stadium project in the Butchertown neighborhood of Louisville.
